47 seniors from Solomon Schechter Day School of Essex and Union, NJ are in Israel participating in the 3 month Neshama Program. Our seniors are beginning the third and last month of the program.

The participants had a great Pessach with Israeli relatives and with 15 families who came to visit from NJ.

Right after Pesach the group went up North and joined the army for the Gadna Week. As you can see in the picture, they were having a great time. Since the beginning of the program, the participants, with their Madrichim, Yoav and Hadar, were training every other day, running and exercising. The first work out session took place right here at the Fuchsberg Center. We are sure being in such great shape is helping them now in Gadna.

They are excited to be in Israel for its 60th Anniversary celebrations. The students will be in charge of preparing and learning about 60 main sites in Israel, and will create their own Neshama - Israel@60 Source Book at the end of the trip based on their experiences in the different places.
