Nativ

Yossi Garr, Director of Nativ

This Year’s Nativ program will come to an end on May 20th. After three and a half months of the groups working and volunteering in the development town of Yeruham, the city of Be'er Sheva and Kibbutz Ein Zurim, the Nativ students will return to Jerusalem for their final week at the Fuchsberg Center. During their semester in the south, The Nativ students became a part of the communities in which they lived and established roots which they will continue to strengthen in the years to come. Through their living experiences, seminars and Tiyulim, this past year, the Nativers have gotten to know the many aspects of Israeli society. This coming summer, many of them will be working at Ramah and USY camps, USY Summer programs and many other Jewish venues.
As we turn our attention to Nativ 28, we again are looking forward to a new record-high number of participants that will begin their year in Israel on September 2nd, 2008
